I have been doing Calesthenics with Clare since August 2020. Her classes are amazing and tailored to all abilities so anyone can join in.
Iv just come back from injury but she has been incredible. She has and is constantly motivating me, before and during lockdown. She has ensured I’m comfortable and not over doing it and has really helped with my road to recover.
Can never Thank you enough Clare! Your strength is inspirational! I cannot wait to get back to the gym although your zoom sessions are LIFE right now 💪🏻

Been joining Clare’s Calisthenics online group classes since Jan 2021 and I cannot believe how much I’ve improved. Clare really knows her stuff! The sessions are tough but informative and very enjoyable, Clare’s vast knowledge helps you to break down complex Calisthenics skills into easier regressions to help build strength and confidence. I can now hold an L-Sit, do pull-up, dips and complete up to 15 good form push-ups all in just 3 months! Before Clare’s sessions I could only do 4 push-ups and none of the skills! Btw I’m 41yrs female, full time office worker too so age, gender and job is not a barrier! Thank you Clare! Boom💥🙌 💪😜

“I first found Clare through the online calisthenics community. I don’t live locally to her and by now, having been joining her Zoom classes since late 2020 I forget that I haven’t yet actually met her or some of the other participants in person! In that sense it’s because Clare’s classes have provided a really nice bit of routine during the UK’s lockdowns.
I started out attending the HIIT sessions which are organised, friendly, funny and sweaty! I recently started joining some of Clare’s calisthenics-focussed Zoom sessions too in which Clare is supportive, while challenging and super attentive, focussing on form and precision.
